  Take my mom there at least once a week and the employees there are wonderful! They make us feel welcome almost like family. And the food is always 100%

  Its pretty sad when you try and call one pizza hut and they dont answer, but its absolutely ridiculous when one 2 miles away from you wont deliver and tells you you have to call the one that didnt answer and THEY REFUSE SERVICE TO YOU!

  Our waitress shrugged and said "OK, then" in a patronizing way when I asked for waters for myself and my two children. She was obviously annoyed that we didn't order more expensive drinks. We ordered three of the individual pizzas (great idea, by the way!) and she asked if we wanted to order cookies to go with them—a rather bizarre request. I said we'd wait until the kids had eaten their pizzas to see if they were still hungry. I thought that would be the end of the matter, but she insisted we could take the cookies home with us. I repeated that we'd wait until the kids had eaten before deciding. She looked really pissed off, and which point I explained that we'd be eating elsewhere. She asked why, and I told her it was because of her attitude and pointed out the specific things she'd done. She denied having an attitude (!) and then walked away, saying "Oh, God!" loudly. (Yeah, no attitude there.) "That's the kind of thing I mean," was my response. The lady had either had a bad day or is in the wrong line of work.
  
  This turned out to be a good opportunity to explain to my kids how you most certainly don't want someone who doesn't respect you handling your food. If they don't respect you they're hardly likely to respect the food they deliver to you.
